Stayed in cheap standard queen room with the kitchen. Everywhere there was clean.

The location was excellent and stunning, near a large square. Was set in 10 minutes' walk to the downtown, and the workers were really helpful.

The room they gave us was authentic and lovely little with a terrace, shower, for example. The price was £ 39.

We had a very central location, close to all the main attractions in the city. The staff at Norte Guest House were helpful and polite, making our stay enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. Additionally, the nearby MEO store offered a solution for the slow WiFi, ensuring I could work online without any issues. I would recommend this hotel for its excellent location and friendly staff.

In a nutshell - great value for money. We stayed there for just one night but everything and I really mean everything was great. The room we got had no breathtaking view (don't expect that in the city centre) but it was comfortable, cosy and clean. The staff was very helpful - they kept our luggage when we checked out because we wanted to sightsee more. The hotel has got a lift so you do not have to carry your heavy bags upstairs. It is located in a great spot, near the Santa Justa Elevator so you can sightsee the city centre on foot. In general - we really recommend it!

The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, with all the sights and amenities within easy reach. The room was impeccably clean and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We loved the convenience of the 24-hour reception and the baggage storage. Despite a few minor inconveniences, like street noises and limited toiletries, we found the overall experience to be excellent. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a great location and friendly service. we had a wonderful time at Norte Guest House and would definitely stay here again.

My room was budget and neat thanks to the pleasant staff. Very central location of this low cost hotel was a bonus. Rossio tube station was 5 min away. I came here for 4 nights and had a lovely stay.

There was water dripping from the ceiling in the bathroom with funghi, the bed was squeaking and the walls are very thin - it's very noisy at night

I recently stayed at Norte Guest House for 3 nights during my visit to Lisbon. The hotel's central location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the metro and surrounded by plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops. Despite my room facing the front and being a bit noisy, I loved having a balcony and a view of the street. The unexpected air-conditioning was a bonus, and my bed was firm and comfortable. The cleanliness of the shower, sink, and shared toilet on the corridor was impressive. The hotel also had a lift and offered luggage storage on the day of departure. I would definitely recommend Norte Guest House and would happily stay here again.
